Nokia N95 8GB
Since I bought my Nokia N95 it has never synchronised that well with my various bluetooth devices such as my Parrot CK3200LS and Alpine CDE-103BT. My previous Sony c phones had no problem in keeping the two phonebooks in sync with whatever was on the phone but the N95 had to ‘push’ it’s contacts manually.
I now appear to have found the solution, it is in the form of a small Nokia application that you install onto the phone and it monitors whenever an existing bluetooth connection is established and then automatically carries out the sync.
The software can be found on the Nokia website [http://europe.nokia.com/A4143881] for the N95 8Gb you need the Nokia 810 Contact Download Application for Nokia S60 3rd edition devices version. Install it using your Nokia PC Suite and set it to auto run on start-up and auto sync then clear your bluetooth pairings between devices, recreate them and it will sync automatically every time you connect.

I’ve got myself an Nokia n95 8gb and Alpine cde 103bt. They fairly connects to each other but I am not able to access my phone book via alpine head unit. Any ideas how to solve that problem? Would appreciate a lot!

Alpine and Nokia must connected. On the Nokia go to address book. “Mark all” (or some) contacts then “send” via Bluetooth to Alpine. Thats all.

I can get my N95-1 with 30.0.015 to sync contacts with my alpine kce 400bt but does not do call history i.e missed/received/dialled? would this software fix this?

No, I don’t think it does. All the software does is keep the contact book in sync.
